Changing a Game
⚠ Note
If you want to change the date or time of a game, you need to do it before the “blackout window” of three days before the game day. During this blackout window, you can only change the game date or time if it’s related to weather or field conditions. The three-day blackout window gives the refs enough time to prepare and the other team enough time to know about the change. You lose by default if you don’t participate in a scheduled league game.
CHANGING A VENUE OR START TIME
If you are the hosting team and wish to modify your game time or location, please get in touch with Kevin Walz directly at Kevin@Force-Sports.com. You may make these changes without requiring the consent of the opposing team as long as they are made within three days prior to the original date. If you are the visiting team and can not accommodate your start time, you need to reach out to the opposing team as they need to initiate any changes.
CHANGING A GAME DATE
If you need to change the date of a game, you must contact the opposing team or community organization. Together, you must agree upon a mutually acceptable date, time, and location. It is essential to provide documentation of this exchange to Kevin@Force-Sports.com before any changes can be made. The exchange must involve the appropriate representative of the hosting community organization, such as the boys or girls director, club scheduler, and/or president. Date changes will not be accepted by coaches directly.
CANCELING A GAME FOR WEATHER OR FIELD CONDITIONS
Please notify the opposing team's head coach and the NOLL at Kevin@Force-Sports.com.
